This is the Art Experience you've been looking for!

​​Parents should drop off and pick up their child in a timely manner at the front entrance of the studio. Generally classes run "back to back" so adhering to the schedule is very much appreciated! 
I am located at the end of the hallway. We have a waiting area outside the classroom and parents are welcome to stay in our hallway accommodations.

Young students should be brought in and picked up at the studio. All measures of safety will be instigated before, during and after classes. I will try to meet and dismiss most students/classes at the front entrance whenever possible.  Although Parents/guardians and driving students are ultimately responsible for getting themselves or their child to and from the classroom. 

Parking is available directly in front of our facility. If you arrive early, please take a parking space. Early Students can wait in the hall until their class start time. Students should come directly to the studio upon arrival.

Students are expected to maintain good behavior, appropriate language and respect for all students and teachers during class and/or while entering or waiting in the hallway. Please respect all artwork and other classes going on while in the building through appropriate noise levels and not harming the artwork on display. Students should wait inside studio door until they see their parent. No one should exit the building without seeing their parent or guardian!

Clothing: Students should wear clothes appropriate for creativity and messiness at all times. I provide paint shirts. We are not responsible for damage to clothes.

Payment Policies: Payment of classes is appreciated 1 week in advance or at the latest, on the first day of class and you must be registered. PLEASE register at least one week in advance; space is limited to 8 students per class.

Check or cash is welcome. You may pay with credit card/paypal invoice with a 3% surcharge per transaction.

Class Cancellations:Cancellations of classes due to weather will be posted on our website and facebook, a minimum of 2 hours before class starts. Every effort will be made to call the student as well. If in doubt- please call Lindsay at 815-355-3621. Please look at the schedule and note/record ANY days that are not meeting during a session due to Holidays or Vacation closings.

We are not responsible for student if a class has been cancelled/or is not meeting if student has been notified in writing (via email or hard copy). Please wait a few moments after dropping your child to be sure they are in safely!

Absences/Make-ups: We offer 1 makeup class for each student per session.  See  details and exeptions below.

Parent or student should contact Lindsay or instructor to schedule a make-up during another class if possible.

There are no make-ups for Kreative Kidz, Young Artist or Parent&Tot classes- although we will do everything possible to get the student caught up during their next class if they are absent.

We do not "credit" fees towards another class- this gets very confusing for all and class "seats" are held for you.

Of course, there are exceptions for extenuating circumstances (long illness, family emergency..)
